Oh you guys…I’ve been trying to put together a post about the Christmas Coffeehouse Adoption Fundraiser evening for several days now, and I just can’t put it into words.
Our army of friends transformed the venue into a gorgeous, relaxing and fun Christmas space and the soft lights, warm fireplace and the smell of buttercream wafting through the air was so perfectly inviting.
Guests enjoyed their fill of mini cupcakes for sampling. Many were even convinced to bid on one of the four cakes in the silent auction.
Paul and Spencer were fun to play music with. Thanks so much guys!
And I was even joined by my baby girl who sang with me for one number. I love singing with my daughter!
Steve & I had an amazing night, and we hope all of you did too! It was truly humbling to see how many people came, how many people gave, how many people bought jewelry and cakes, and just loved on and supported our family so tangibly.
A HUGE thanks to our planning & organizing team led by Rhoda who did an incredible job throwing this event for our family. Thank you to everyone who came, who gave, who supported us, prayed for us, and are walking with us on this crazy adoption journey! We are so blessed to have this community of friends and family surrounding us, supporting and praying for not only us, but for our little one. As Steve said at the event, our little one has experienced so much loss already in their short life. We are so thankful to be bringing them home to such an amazing community to love on them in the days and years to come.
